We have partnered with The Duke of Edinburgh International Award (Australia) to deliver Barossa Youth Options.

About the program:

The Duke of Edinburgh International Award (Australia) framework is delivered as part of the Barossa Youth Options program. It has been developed to offer activities that promote independence, build capacity, encourage social connections and help support the physical and psychological wellbeing of participants.

  • The program is for young individuals aged 14-24 years old.
  • The program runs for 6 months.
  • We have partnered with the Duke of Ed to allow participants an opportunity to enrol into this award.
  • By undertaking The Duke of Edinburgh International Award, individuals gain an international award, develop important life skills, develop connections and improve job opportunities.
  • If participants are still at school, it can also be accredited towards the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
