Employment Assistance

Barossa Enterprises is a registered provider for Employment Assistance under the NDIS.

Employment Assistance offers individual or group setting support for participants to build their capacity, confidence and job readiness skills.

These supports and services will assist participants to develop employability skills required to find and maintain employment in mainstream work. You will be able to work at your own pace within both learning and practical environments which are supportive, capacity building and fun.

Who can apply

Participants between the ages of 14-64 years, who have Finding and Keeping a Job funding in their NDIS plan.

Expected Outcomes

Develop confidence, self-esteem, motivation and capacity for work.

Exposure to, and experience in a work-like environment that will assist in developing individuals understanding of workplace expectations and culture.

Develop vocational skills including practical experience in a work environment, WHS/Safety in the Workplace as well as key employability skills -team work, communication, problem solving, initiative, planning, organisation and self-management.

Experience community involvement and increased social participation.
